Four years to be declared innocent

It took four years for Beverly Hills School Superintendent Jeffrey Hubbard to get his record cleared after he had already spent four days in jail on a charge that he redirected money to a subordinate without permission.

He had used Twitter in a bid to clear his reputation, but it was the action of the appellate court that finally did the trick when it tossed out his conviction.
